Announcements : 28th April 2024
1. Month of May is dedicated to Mother Mary, kindly conduct rosary in your own communities.
2. On Thursday, 2nd May, there will be 3rd Death Anniversary Mass of Fr. Salvador Rodrigues at 8.30 a.m.
3. During the Month of May there will be no evening Mass.
4. The parish office will be open only in the morning during the month of May.

1. On Thursday, 25th April, Sr. Veronica Fernandes is celebrating her birthday during 7.00 p.m. mass.
2. On Sunday, 28th April, there will be farewell Mass for Rev. Fr. Ronald D'souza at 9.15 a.m. followed by a short programme.

Announcements : 24th March 2024
1. We celebrate Maundy Thursday on 28th March 2024. The mass will be celebrated on the ground at 7:00 p.m.
Liturgy will be organized by St. John Bosco Community.
Cleaning & Backdrop setting, Ground arrangement by St. Anthony & St. Dominic Savio communities.
After the mass we shall be having the Reposition of the Blessed Sacrament in the church.

2. 29th March 2024 - GOOD FRIDAY: Is a day of fasting and abstinence. There will be Way of the Cross at 7:00 a.m. Each community will conduct 2 stations and 2 stations will be conducted by Pilar Sisters.
3. The Divine Mercy Novenas will be held daily in the church at 3:00 p.m. from 29th March to 7th April.
4. The celebration of the Passion of the Lord will begin on the ground at 5:30 p.m. followed by procession around the village.
Liturgy will be organized by St. Jude community.
Cleaning and Backdrop setup by St. John the Baptist and St. John Bosco communities.
The church will remain open for veneration till 10:00 p.m.
5. Holy Saturday - 30th March 2024: There will be no way of the cross in the morning.
The Easter Vigil service will start at 8:00 p.m. with the Blessing of the Fire near the back gate of the church followed by procession towards the ground.
Liturgy will be organized by St. Dominic Savio community.
Arrangement of backdrop, cleaning of chairs and Water will be done by St. Jude & St. Francis Xavier communities.
6. Easter Sunday: on 31st March 2024, the morning mass will be at 9:00 a.m. There will be no evening mass.
Holy Water is to be collected from the church by the community in charge on Easter Sunday.
7. The Fathers from Roha and Nagothane Mission have thanked all those who participated in the outreach programme and all those who have sponsored for the children.
8. Parish Pastoral Council meeting will be held on Sunday, 7th April 2024 after the 9:15 a.m. mass.

1. On Thursday, 21st March there will be no evening mass due to Chrism mass at Mahim.
2. Coming Sunday, 24th March is Palm Sunday. Blessing of the Palms at 8:30 a.m. at Sangeeta Apartments where we have the first two stations of the cross.
3. There will be live Way of the Cross at 4:00 p.m. starting from Sangeeta Apartments.
1st & 2nd Station - Sangeeta Apartments - St. Dominic Savio.
3rd Station - Down Town Junction - St. Anthony.
4th Station - Sea Shell Apartments - St. John Bosco.
5th Station - Dominic Savio.
6th & 7th Station - St. Francis Xavier.

10th, 11th, 12th, 13th & 14th Station - Sunil Dutt Garden Open Concrete Ground.
4. Councillors are requested to give the names of the Apostles before the 24th of March.
Announcements : 10th March 2024
1. From 17th March onwards, there will be no 8:00 a.m. Mass until the next academic year.
2. Our Parish will be going for an out reach programme on Sunday, 17th March 2024 to Roha and Nagothane Mission. We shall be organising Breakfast and Lunch. The bus will leave early morning by 5.30 a.m.
3. There will be confession on 18th & 19th March after the evening mass. Outside priests will be available for the same.
Announcements : 3rd March 2024
1. Anticipated Months Mind Mass for the soul of Fr. Jose Francisco Dias will be on Monday, 4th March at 7:00 p.m. He was the founder of our Holy Cross Church. The Liturgy and Choir will be organised by the P.P.C
2. Our Parish will be going for an out reach programme on Sunday, 17th March 2024 to Roha and Nagothane Mission. Our parishioners are invited to participate in large numbers. We shall be organising Breakfast and Lunch. The bus will leave early morning by 5.30 a.m. Please give your names in the Parish office along with the amount before 9th March 2024. The cost per person for the trip is Rs.500 for Adults and Rs 350 for children There are approximately 205 children in the mission, you are free to give an amount of Rs 250 as a sponsor per child. Any additional sponsorship will be happily accepted
3. The Goan Outreach Association Mumbai is organising a half day Konkani Lenten Recollection on Sunday, 10th March 2024 at St. John the Evangelist church, Marol from 9.00 a.m. to 1.30 pm. Preacher for this Lenten Recollection is Fr. Francis Rozario OFM on the topic Disconnection to Connect. For Details, refer to the church notice board.
