Announcements : 1st February 2026
Today is the 4th Sunday in ordinary times.
1. On Sunday, 15th February, a Blood Donation Camp will be held in our parish. We request all parishioners to support this noble cause and also encourage friends and relatives, including non-Catholics, to participate.
2. On Sunday, 15th March, there will be a Mission Outreach visit to Sindhoni and Chisda Church.
The contribution is Rs 800 for adults and Rs 500 for children.
Please give your names along with the amount as early as possible.
The last date for registration is Sunday, 1st March 2026.
No last-minute entries will be accepted and the amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
One bus has been booked so far. We will wait till Sunday, 15th February for more registrations from our parish. If the required number is not reached, registrations will be opened to parishioners from other parishes.
3. A Health Camp will be organized in our parish on Sunday, 22nd March, specially arranged for ladies to help them avail the available facilities and receive an update on their health.
4. Parishioners are kindly requested to regularly maintain the graves of their dear departed so that the cemetery remains well kept.
5. A donation box has been placed at the entrance of the church for those who wish to contribute towards the well-being of the Sindhoni Mission. Cheques may be handed directly to the Parish Priest. Flyers with further details are also available on the notice board.
Announcements : 25th January 2026
1. Monday, 26th January is Republic Day. Morning Masses will be at 6:30 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. There will be no evening Mass on that day.
2. Saturday, 31st January is the Feast of St. John Bosco. The Feast Mass will be celebrated at 7:00 p.m.

4. On Sunday, 1st February, we will pray specially for our SSC students before their board exams during the 8:00 a.m. Mass.

6. As a lot of money has been spent on maintaining the cemetery, we request you to please visit the graves of your loved ones and take some time to clean and maintain them. Kindly do not wait till the last moment.

Those who wish to give a cheque may hand it directly to the Parish Priest.

Announcements : 18th January 2026
1. The Triduum of Venerable Fr. Agnelo will be celebrated on 18th, 19th, and 20th January. Parishioners are warmly invited to participate and seek the blessings of Venerable Fr. Agnelo.
2. Earlier it was announced that the Blessed Sacrament Chapel would remain closed from 11th to 18th January. However, due to additional work, the chapel will reopen on 21st January, on the occasion of the Jayanti of Fr. Agnelo.
3. Confirmation practice will be held from 19th to 24th January, immediately after the evening Mass. Attendance at Mass and practice is compulsory for all Confirmands.
4. Confession for Confirmands and parents, along with seating arrangements for parents, will take place on 22nd January. Practice with Councillors/Coordinators will be on 23rd January, followed by practice with choir on 24th January.
5. There will be no Konkani, Hindi, or English prayer services on Monday, 19th January, and Thursday, 22nd January, due to confirmation practice.
6. On Sunday, 25th January, there will be no 8:00 a.m. Mass and no catechism classes.
7. Confirmation Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, 25th January at 5:00 p.m. There will be no evening 6:00 p.m. Mass on this day. All catechism children and catechists are requested to be present for this Mass.
8. Republic Day, Monday, 26th January: Masses will be celebrated at 6:30 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. There will be no evening Mass on this day.

10. On Sunday, 1st February, prayers for SSC students appearing for their board exams will be offered during the 8:00 a.m. Mass.
11. On Sunday, 15th March, there will be a Mission Outreach to Sindhoni & Chisda Church. The contribution for those wishing to visit the mission is ₹800 for adults and ₹500 for children. Please register your names at the Church Office with the amount at the earliest. The last date for registration is 1st March 2026. No last-minute registrations will be accepted, and the amount paid will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Announcements : 11th January 2026
1. Today, after the 9:15 a.m. Mass, there will be a meeting for all Cells and Association members. We kindly request all members to be present and come well prepared.
2. Please note that from today, after the 9:15 a.m. Mass, the Blessed Sacrament Chapel will remain closed until next Sunday, 18th January, due to painting work. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. Those who wish to spend time in prayer may use the church, which will remain open from the extension side.
3. On Tuesday, 12th January, at 7:00 p.m., a Memorial Mass for the soul of Fr. Lawrence Fernandes will be celebrated in our church.
4. The rites for the Confirmands will take place on Monday, 12th January and for the Communicants on Tuesday, 13th January after the evening Mass. We kindly request all parents of the Confirmands and Communicants to be present without fail.
5. On Wednesday, 14th January, Masses will be celebrated as usual, both in the morning and in the evening.
6. On Thursday, 15th January, there will be no Masses due to the elections.
7. From Sunday, 18th to Tuesday, 20th January, Novenas in honor of Ven. Fr. Agnelo Jayanti will be held. On Wednesday, 21st January, we will celebrate the feast of Ven. Fr. Agnelo Jayanti. During these days, all Masses will be celebrated in English.
8. On Sunday, 25th January, the Confirmation Mass will be celebrated at 5:00 p.m. Hence, there will be no 6:00 p.m. Mass. Let us remember our Confirmands in our prayers.
9. On Monday, 26th January, Republic Day, Masses will be celebrated only in the morning at 6:30 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. There will be no evening Mass on this day.

Announcements : 4th January 2026
1. Today is the first Sunday of the year 2026 and also the Solemnity of the Epiphany of the Lord.
2. Parishioners are requested to update their family cards and kindly cooperate with the PPC members for the completion of the parish census.
3. Today, after the 9:15 a.m. Mass, we will be having the PPC meeting. All PPC members are requested to be present and to come prepared with suggestions for the well-being of the parish.
4. Today we will be having the second collection, which will be taken for the African Mission.
5. On Monday, 5th January, we celebrate the birthday of Fr. Dominic. His birthday celebration will be held after the evening Mass. Let us remember him and his intentions in our prayers.
6. A meeting for parents along with the Confirmands will be held on Tuesday, 6th January after the evening Mass.
7. A meeting for Communicants along with their parents will be held on Friday, 9th January after the evening Mass.
8. The rites for the Confirmands will be held on Monday, 12th January, and for the Communicants on Tuesday, 13th January, after the evening Mass. All parents are requested to be present without fail.
